Recipe - Pork Chops
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 thick pork chops
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger substitute:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
LET'S GET STARTED:
- Stir together the dry ingredients and grated ginger in a bowl to prepare your rub.
- Press the rub on both sides of the pork chops.
- Place pork chops on hot grill and cook, turning occasionally until done, about 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
