Recipe - Cooked Cabbage Slaw
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 to 1 cup julienne or chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
LET'S GET STARTED:
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Place ingredients into a hot pan that has been preheated on the grill. Leave the pan on the grill and stir, for about 1 minute.
- To Serve:
- Arrange Pork Chops with Grilled Pineapple and Cooked Red Cabbage Slaw on a large platter.
