Episode 115 - Simply Cooking
Segment #1 - Breakfast
Recipe - Fried Potatoes

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

LET'S GET STARTED:

  1. Pierce two clean potatoes and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. They'll be slightly firm when done. Slice into discs or cut into cubes.
  2. Cook all ingredients in 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
  3. Serve as a side with an omelet.
