Recipe - Fried Potatoes
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
LET'S GET STARTED:
- Pierce two clean potatoes and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. They'll be slightly firm when done. Slice into discs or cut into cubes.
- Cook all ingredients in 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Serve as a side with an omelet.
