Episode 116 - Try, Try Again
Segment #2 - French Roll-Ups
Recipe - Stuffed Bagels

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2-3 cooked scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 2-3 scallions, chopped
  • 2-3 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 4 Bagels, tops sliced off and insides scooped out to form a narrow trough

LET'S GET STARTED:

  1. Layer scrambled eggs, scallions, Canadian bacon, and cheese into scooped out bagels. Replace tops.
  2. Wrap the bagels upside down in aluminum foil and place on grill. Heat about 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Unwrap and serve for breakfast or leave wrapped and serve as midday snack. (Keep refrigerated until serving.)
