Recipe - Roasted Garlic

Use roasted garlic in our garlic mashed potatoes or simply spread on bread for a delicious appetizer.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1 garlic bulb
• 1 teaspoon olive oil

LET'S GET STARTED:

1. Remove excess skin from the garlic bulb. Place bulb on aluminum foil and drizzle with oil.
2. Wrap bulb with foil and bake in a 425-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until bulb is golden and soft.
3. Remove from oven, unwrap, and cut off bottom of bulb and squeeze the pulp from each clove.
