HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Clean plastic bottles with lids, labels removed
• Stickers, colored tape or paint
• Dry beans, rice or popcorn

LET'S GET STARTED:

1. Decorate the bottles with paint, stickers or tape.
2. Add different amounts of dried beans, rice or popcorn to the bottles.
3. Screw lids on tightly and shake!
