Segment #4 - Mediterranean Seafood Grill
Recipe - Vinaigrette Slaw
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1/4 cup fennel cut into match sticks
- 1/4 cup each of assorted tomatoes (red, yellow & green) chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic from a garlic press (3 cloves) or 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
LET’S GET STARTED:
- Cook all ingredients in pre-heated small saucepan on grill for about 30 seconds. Add balsamic vinegar.
- Serve slaw over seafood or as a side.
Tips: Make sure the clams and mussels are closed before cooking, do not use them if they are already open.
